The listing, WW1/WWI German Medal 1915 has ended.

Up for bid is an original WW1 German medal of some kind. Its kind of hard to read. Tried to take some good pictures. There is a sword with what looks like snakes on one side and a tree on the other. Its got some weight to it for being small. There is German writing all over it. If anyone can read it by all means tell me!!! Either way it is 100% authentic and shows its age. as far as i can translate it seems like its the german version of a purple heart since ive been able to roughly translate up to the last lines as "for the military invalid" but the rest i cant figure out what it means

oh please let me get winning bid!! My bf's grandfather was in that war and 100% German. It would mean the world to him to have a piece of history his grandfather was part of... he doesn't have anything but a tattoo in memory of him...
