The box says it is compatible with windows 7. For the version its 11. It;s about 9 months old? Not to sure when exactly I bought this, it mostly just sat on top of my closet shelf collecting dust.

How many keys? Not sure what you're talking about but When it was used we couldn't get it to set up because it was too noisy to recognize the voice commands. Just never really tried again after that, I lost interest in it.

Hi, again. It would help you a lot if you would get verified as this gives your bidders more confidence in bidding and will increase your bids. you can just go to your activity page by clicking on your profile name up in the far right hand corner drop down box opens and select my Listia. About half way down on the left side you will see the account settings section a few down is verify account, from there just follow the prompts. I hope that helps and Welcome to Listia Land..

The software disk should be good for so many installs using a different keycode each time you install, so each time you install it on a computer you use up one of the key codes that came in the packaging with the software. look on the case or amongst the manual info. that came with it and you should find 3 to 5 key codes
(it looks like a serial number) they give you a few so you can install it on more than one computer without having to buy the software again.

OH! I only tried once.I am not sure if theres any key codes, I can not find any but the serial number they have given on the back of the disk package. I have looked at the little booklet that is with it and it doesn't say anything about entering a key code for it. Just gives you steps on how to install the disk and upgrade your user profile and how to control your microphone, etc.

Well, the reason I bring this up is because I bought a copy of this awesome software and it had 5 key codes on the back of the case that you could use to install it up to 5 times before you would have to buy the software again. I used it for my laptop and put a copy on my desk top and would of had 3 copies or keys left but we had a tornado and lost everything but our lives praise God.

I hate to burst your bubble babe but, this copy may not be any good with out those extra codes especially since you have already installed once on your computer.

There's only a serial number on it and theres a part on it where you upgrade your profile on it so I would assume that you can still use it.

Alright, I just installed the disk and it says it can be installed 4 more times. There can only be one profile for this dragon. I made a name for the profile and I will send that name with the product. The serial number is good of course, I have not set up the profile because it wants the voice recognition set up. There for there should not be any issues with setting up your own personal profile on this program, if you have troubles with it get a hold of me or just send it back and you'll get a refund ( no big deal).
