You will never have to hope you will get it . I am an honest person, Sunday School teacher. I would never cheat any one. If you win It would be sent to you . As for the shipping not sure what I put I will check now . Thank you for bringing it to my attn. No does not seem to high It always runs me about 2,87 to 3.00 and then you add tracking 4.00
