This is a medium to larger sized bracelet. Male or female.

I use only 100% Nylon 7 strand core 550 Paracord for most of my projects. Rarely I will use a thinner 450 for knives and axe handles and such.

I prefer to only use the heavy duty 1/2" buckle with a built in whistle. Not the toy- like 3/8 buckle that a lot of other folks use, to me those small ones are hard on your fingers and feel cheap. (The whistle is the little square, eraser head-like thing sticking out the side of the male part of the buckle in photo.)

Please measure your wrist size before bidding on this item.

HOW TO MEASURE YOUR WRIST::
To make sure this fits you, take a piece of string or anything similar, and wrap it around your wrist, then measure that next to a ruler to get your wrist size. I recommend adding 1" to whatever that size is to get your bracelet just right. Over time, it will shrink and mold to your wrist due to wear and the oils on your skin. It is made to last for a very long time or until you may actually need to use it.
