Because u have to have a verified account or wings to bid. To et a verified account, you must link a Facebook account to your listia account. The Facebook account must have a verified mobile number on it.

The title stating WHEREVER YOU WANT is grossly misleading! I want a gas card or AMEX card. An absolute, all encompassing statement cannot contain exceptions, correct me if I'm wrong!

Read the description. Yes, the title is misleading in a ways. But Listia does NOT allow you to send cash cards. Anyone that uses Listia should know that. And I did say in the description that you should ask me if the gift card that you want is not listed as one of the choices in the description. Hope that clarified it for you.

How long does first class usually take to arrive?

Up to a week. Depends on your location. I'm in New York City. The closer you are to NYC, the faster it'll take to get to you.
Just shipped out a gift card yesterday to Michigan and estimated delivery is on Friday.
As stated in description, if bids get up to 40,000 or higher, I will ship with priority mail. Shouldn't take longer than 3 days, again depending on your location.
