how long are the sleeves, i am 5'11"and have long arms, do you think that this will be at least 3/4 of a sleeve on me?

The sleeves should be long enough. They are full length on me and I'm 5'10". I just measured and the sleeves measure 19" from armpit to wrist cuff.
