I don't see anything on it that says it is licensed by Sanrio. I do see that it says "Hello Kitty HK-2011 Made in China".

Pen has a 0.5mm tip which is on the smaller side for more precision when writing. Ink color is blue.

Textured rubber grip provides writing control and comfort.

Features cute colorful pastel designs of Hello Kitty, flowers, birds, and butterflies.

Pen length is 5.5 inches.
