Our dog has never used this. We have a fully-fenced yard and another collar so this never got any use at all. He's about 30 pounds or so, a terrier mix if that helps at all with sizing.

Yes, I just double checked. From the very end up to the buckle is 22 inches. It has 4 holes to choose from, so it can vary as needed.
