IKE...Have several proof coins. I'm not home at this time, I'm in NJ when I return, I will check to see what it is happening. some coins as they get older the finish sometime changes to a haze. and they are not fully LUSTER, as they should be!!!!!!

Yes. This a Proof Clad..It has a Luster and the face is Frosted. But not Perfect Finish coin...
