I have from several different Listians that he tried to pull the exact scam on all of them, with the exact same lame excuses as to why the refund is deserved. You are a new member and he likes to target new members that don't know the rules completely, and get caught in some Listia policy loophole. I'd PM you about it, but I left a comment since this should be commonly known.

this games is pretty tough.

I mean, it's a challenging game for the Nes. You only get one life and the enemies are tough. Tough game.
