I would say Yes. I have 2 chihuahuas myself and one is larger and rounder than the other. The coat itself measures 11 inches from the the base of the collar to the back and has adjustable velcro at the neck and belly. It is attached to the display hanger or I would try in on my dogs for you. I hope this is helpful. Thanks for looking at my auctions. : D
