There is no tag but I would say it's a woman's SMALL. This is a very cute halter top I got here on Listia but it doesn't fit. :{ The top portion is a cloth material and the bottom is sheer. It would be really cute in the summer!! Very, very cute!!! Any questions, feel free to ask. :}

I'm 36" around the bust (fullest part) and it fits fine there. It"s 23" long from the ties around the neck to the bottom hem. I hope this helps! :}
