Questions & Comments
sorry but 30k is high for any t-shirt, and pay for shipping too? too rich for me. nice shirt though. will be watching.
I did state if the GIN is used it is FREE shipping. Genuine Harley Davidson apparel is very expensive , this shirt was $68.98 and is brand new, never worn only tried on. I have a HD tank top that was $55 and even bandana's are around $20. HD has become very popular and unfortunately prices have risen with the trend. I only charge shipping on my high end items and I do so because I've spent and continue to spend quite a bit of money on shipping, for instance I shipped 5 packages today and have 3 for Monday, a handful of auctions ending soon and will be listing several more items very soon . In addition, I have some surprise items, GOOD ones I hope to add to this auction if enough ppl are interested in this HD shirt. I only hope to explain that I have no intent to rip anyone off but rather have a methodical process and worthy bonus items to offer the right crowd. Thank you for watching!
odd, because the harley stores in my area sell shirts for between $20 and $30. only ones that are more are the fancy long sleeves. although the bandana's are about the same price. i guess independent shop owners vary their prices around the country. you can get tanks under $20 but that baseball style hats can run over $50. anyway, i'll keep watching to see how high it gets. might even bid myself, who knows? lol, take care.
This one is from Las Vegas at a large very touristy store. My tank I spoke of which is the item I'll add if bids get high enough is black with blinged out front it came from the Norman Oklahoma store and I bought for that price. You can get $20-30 shirts of course but not near the quality of the 2 Im talking about. Like comparing a walmart tank and a Pink Victoria Secret tank almost.
lol... now i understand. anything collectible from vegas is going to have a much higher selling price. not to mention that HD is already a big brand name. so yeah... i can see now why it cost so much.
love the shirts but 30000 to get free shipping, I see brand new HD jeans with tags go for 15000 or less with free shipping, and HD boots even go for less brand new
$3 in shipping in less than half of what it will cost me to ship also. You can buy womens HD boots starting at $30 too. I have a $300 pr and a $30 pr. Like I said earlier HD items price ranges vary widely and sadly in today's trendy market so does quality. These didnt come from some clothing store or discount tool shop.
I understand that n I don't shop at a clothing store or discount tool shop for HD clothes at a clothing store or discount tool shop either, just trying to say you can not really go by what you payed for it, for the amount of credits people will bid. Honestly I noticed you get 10 times more credits if you offer free shipping from the beginning. I was not trying to be rude or say you didn't pay alot for the shirt, it's just a lot of people don't hold the value of the item the same that the person that bought the item would. So sorry if I offended you, I did not mean too.
You didn't offend me. I'm just saying these are quality items, not everything stamped with an HD is. Just like coach purses, you can find some near perfect fakes but I promise you they won't hold up like the real deal. As far as getting so much more credits for shipping I haven't experienced your same experience. I just auctioned a $300 watch worn once for 3031 pts. Yes, free shipping was offered. I won't do that again my jeweler would have given me $200 of in store credit. The buyer was EXTREMELY happy and I was happy for him but I have spent soooooooo much money in shipping it is ridiculous. I had surgery and am off work w/o pay for a cpl of month's, my husband is in construction and it slows down this time of year so I'm here to help with Christmas for my kids. Spending $40-60 in shipping weekly was not helping anything, so I have decided if I am going to give up the little I have to feed my kids it needs to be more than 'worth it'. I don't expect everyone to bid on items with shipping fees, that's the risk I chose to to take. If someone appreciates the quality of these items they'll bid and understand. Everyone who has got items from me knows I am honest in my description and my products are worthy of my words. You won't offend me but I see a lot of people on here trying to 'teach' people how to work Listia and I feel we will all learn what works for us. If someone is helping it's usually with a more positive background rather than expressing how cheap you can get similar products. But like I said, I'm not offended, I am just blunt and I too don't have any intent to offend ANYONE on this site, i have ran across some truly great ppl here.
