Not sure about the measurement. has zipper pocket inside, then 2 little pockets, zipper pocket outside, purse zips up all the way shut. And I'm sorry, i'm not really sure what it's made of.

Was it owned by a smoker? Sorry, I received a purse from someone that smoked and I ended up giving it to Goodwill because I couldn't stand the smell.
