Up for auction is this set of 2 Banknotes from the Philippines issued during WW2 by Japan, while occupying said country. One is 5 Centavos the other 5 Pesos. The 5 Centavos is in VF condition and the Five pesos in F-VF condition. Can both be yours for the high bid! Well Pesos is the monetary system used by mexico also. For example the USA and Canada are different countries but both use the Dollar. Ireland and England the pound now the euro. France and Algeria the franc. Just a few examples. Thank You for your interest and if you are a bidder happy bidding!

England and the rest of the UK still use the pound, but Ireland (not northern Ireland) went to the Euro and may disband the euro all together.

Yes, that is correct although England uses the pound and the euro. Just using the information as an example. I would rather not one of the countries use the euro to be honest. The money then is all the same, it used to be fun to stay current with those countries currencies. Now it is just the same old same.
