Black velvet beaded evening bag. If the 90's are considered vintage, then it's vintage. I originally bought the purse at Pier One Imports when they used to sell clothing and carried it to many parties. Not missing any beads and very clean inside and out. The fabric is a little thin on three corners but is not noticeable. There is a small part on the bottom where the sides meet that needs to be hand stitched. Measures 7.5 inches x 4.5 inches. Snap closure. Can be worn over the shoulder or as a cross body.
