Hi there - I am not sure where you get your information or what your credentials are. However, I consulted with someone on the Product Development team at Walt Disney World, namely, for the Pin Trading commodity. "This is not a fake. For this pin, the Mickey head is much smaller on the counterfeits. Further the 2 nubs on either side of the pin post were missing on the unauthorized versions." The die cuts issue you describe depends on the vendor and year of production. Sir/Madam, I understand that you too post Disney pins on Listia, but that is no reason to discredit another's auction. Please don't do this again. For the few auctions of yours that I looked at, you do not even post a picture of the back. I do. You also do not offer FREE SHIPPING. I do.

To all those who have won Disney Pins from me in the past, pls feel free to post your comments/thoughts here as well.

really? the information you cite from that forum is interesting to say the least. It also states: "In reality unless the information is coming directly from Disney all we are really getting is an opinion not a fact."

I have won multiple auctions from this seller and the pins I have received have been great. I am no expert on these pins, but there seems to be a few people on this site who think they are. It's sad that people spend so much time on these pins that they feel the need to try to find fakes. Thanks for the cool auction. I've seen multiple people recently who bid high and I guess the posting scared them away, but I will still be bidding.

Fake or not.... I love MICKEY and I love PINS! I would be ***** if I pay a huge sum of money to get this piece...buy hey it's listia.....everyone is just trying to have fun spending and earning some credits. Chill teddibubbles. I'd rather bid on this listing, than bid on yours where you actually try to sell your pins for money, and not really for points.

Dear hwehmeier , hope my comment helps. I try to bid, but keep getting outbid. I don't have a lot of credits to spend. Perhaps next time. Oh...I fan you. Incase I have more credits I can spend on your pins. Fan me too. I am trying to earn a fan badge. Thanks!

I have fanned you. The ONLY thing I bid on at Listia are box tops for education - trying to support my daughter's school. So, of course, I do not have some grand scheme of trying to make a buck...i think they call that ebay. :-)

Ooo box tops! I never know those are needed. I always throw them away. Now I know I can list them in listia! Thanks for your suggestion.
