This is an awsome exercise program for those stricken with the disease of MS (Mutiple Sclerosis). The video came out in 2000, and for a while it helped my wife who at the time was having difficulty with spastic muscles. My wife is now working with a physical therapist and is in a wheel chair. This helped her out immensly and feels that it could help someone else too. Sorry though, I have only seen it in a VHS version, although I'm not sure if it is in a DVD now or not. We got this video through our local MS chapter at the time. If you only bid 1 credit, I feel that it is worth it.
