how many yards is the white? is this the iron on style?

ok its 3 yards 50% polyester and 50%cotton, not sure if it is the iron on style or not on the back it says no need to pre-shrink no need to iron after washing hope this helps ya i have a bunch of these just never used them yet i wanted to start learning to sew but really aint had much time yet lol thanks for looking :)
