This listing is for a brand new made by myself, Casper diaper cover. The outer is half Casper print cotton, half white minky. The inner is high quality PUL fabric to make the cover waterproof. I have a business making diapers and other items, so I take pride in my work! The closure on this diaper is Kam brand snaps. This is one size and will fit from approximately 10-35 pounds.

No, this is a diaper cover. It is PUL (waterproof fabric) inner. It is good to put over fitted diapers or pre-folds/flats. Thank you
