The Instamatic X-25 is of the US-made models in Kodak's series of Instamatic models for drop-in 126 cartridges. The large knob on the top tensions a spring-wind mechanism, allowing rapid shooting. As with other Instamatics designated "X," the top socket is designed to work with Magicube flash cubes, which ignite mechanically rather than requiring battery power

This is a truly nice, lightweight camera to use, and the last of the US Instamatics.
