What you see is what you get! Size 10. Brand new. No tags as I took them off when I first bought them, then she got a higher pair that she preferred and we'll, these got no play as you can see by the bottoms. Regretfully, I need help with shipping. 3.00 paypal m.o or cash. If you can't use these now, but your tot wears about an 8, they would be a great thing to store for next winter!

Do you think these run true to sz or a little bigger I love them but my little girl wears a 11

I'd have to say definetely a little on the larger side. I only say this based on several other pairs of boots-of this style- that my daughter has worn. Plus there are no half sizes, so generally they tend to run a little larger. Strictly my opinion. Remember, you can always relist if they didnt work out :-)
