That's exactly what i was trying to tell him. I thought it would help with his anger,he gets mad alot since he gets bullied,but since he is now in online school he has done much better,but would still like him to find a hobby that would be therapeutic for him. I am 40,but when i need to de-stress i love to color or swing on a swingset.lol
