A little scratched from use but still a great reel. I always clean, oil, and grease my reels after every three fishing trips. This is a nice starter reel for someone wanting to learn how to cast a bait caster. spool tension knob, drag, along with a line speed adjustment ( inside the left hand side of the case) gives you superb adjusting capabilities for any weather condition. Low profile for easy flipping. 10 bearing system.

not sure what your asking, I ship flat rate through usps so in the U>S> it would be 12.35 unless it would fit in small, but haven't tried yet.
