yes ma'am. all you would need is a wifi signal to download and play some games. but it is totally usable without a service plan.

fyi ! is a virgin mobile phone and it will only work with virgin mobile its a lot what the plans are really good for $35 you can get all the data you want and texting you want unlimited with 300 talk time minutes

yes ty, all that had been stated already. just not with the plan details for virgin mobile. and with apps like text+ it is possible to use it for texts and calls without a plan at all as long as it has a wifi internet connection. that's what I'm having to do with my current phone.
