Waistband is a regular crochet headband, so this will fit Newborn-??? It is very stretchy, my 8 month old can still wear this no problem.

If you scroll down, under the heading Account Settings, it should say Saved Shipping Address. You just fill out your info, and that's how you get your address verified. Then if you win an auction, it will allow you to send your verified address after the auction ends. Hope that helps!

If you're signed in, click your username in the top right hand corner. Then select My Listia from the drop down list. Then scroll down on the page until you see a section titled Account Settings on the left sidebar. Then select Saved Shipping Addresses. Hope this helps :)

It should save it then so you are verified, and that way you don't have to keep typing it in every time you win an auction!
