I think he did right. I use Linux distros and you would be surprised at how many people complain about losing data becuase they didn't unmount the storage media correctly.

Guardian - GREAT Listing - DON"T jump through all the hoops some of these people are trying to make you do. ie - Filling it to capacity / screen shots... etc...
In the end it will be someone like me that is going to end up with this.
They are correct about putting higher end item up right away but if that's what ya got to give - it is what is is!
Thanks for posting and I will get you my address as soon as this listing is over. Take care

Then I won't mind dumping a few thousand credits on this, nor would anyone else I imagine. I'm not trying to be a pain in the a$$, but with no seller and only 1 buyer feedback, and the ability of an SD card to be falsely advertised and EASY to doctor up to look like a capacity it isn't; I think a little prudence is due to put the naysayers at rest and though you may curse me under your breath, it would go a LONG way in establishing Listia credibility for this and future auctions (too much info can never be enough info when it comes to computer related items).

Thanks! If you need help with this process, let me know and I can help walk you through it step by step to get the info and screenshots... Or just take a pic on a camera or phone of your monitor with this info on the screen.
Also, what brand is it please and thank you?

If it was in original packaging, I wouldn't be so AR about all this, but it's used, so I have to cover my own instead of tying up all those credits til a dispute, should one be needed, is settled.

Can you provide pics of:

A. the card mounted on a computer and filled to the 64gb capacity (or 58gb, whatever the formatted size ends up being)? Just fill it with MP3s, movies, data whatever. It HAS to be full to register correctly and not just hacked to report 64GB Then RIGHT click on the card thru Computer and go to Properties, press the 'Print Screen' or 'PRT SCN' button on your keyboard above the 10 key number pad; then open Paint in Accessories and press CTRL-V to paste. Save the pic as a .jpg and update the auction; that way we have a nice pic with even a graph showing the actual capacity?

B. And I'd also like a screenshot of the VEN and DEV info from Device Manager (double click the card in Device Manager, then Details and scroll thru the properties til you see a property that looks like "...\VEN_8086&DEV1C02&SUBSYS_B0051458&REV_05..."; i.e. - that's the info for my Samsung SSD, haha). There are places online that the info can be verified against to authenticate the card's information.

This way I (and the rest of us) know it's completely legit, cause even a 64MB card can be stamped with GB instead of MB by changing one letter on the card itself and doing a simple hack on a PC to report capacity wrong in Windows. Especially since you are firm in stating "No Refunds" (Listia will refund credits regardless of what you put should it turn out to be a known or even unknown fraudulent claim on an item... )

I'm sorry if I offended you, I truly am. I know how it was to start selling on here with no feedback and I was only trying to give you ideas of how to prove yourself. Taking a 'shot in the dark' on a 2 line item description vs. showing everyone how valid this is makes a huge difference and you would see it in the amount people would bid. Like I said, I'm not trying to get on your back or ***** you off and again apologize if it came across like that. Good luck on all your auctions, you do have some nice stuff on here!

That's no stock picture buddy. That was taken on my bed. Would you like a picture of that sheet on my bed too? I took it with my Samsung galaxy tab. I didn't post an ipad, its a $20-30 memory card. Huge difference. Like I said I am new to listia and have a few items I couldn't sell via Facebook or Craigslist. This is my next attempt. So thank you.

I myself got 2 cards that were fake and there is a lot of them out there, Not saying you are doing this , but credits or money , in the end its the same to us. a newbie putting up some items that would be a high value as their first time does put up a red flag with us , like a brand Ipad with 64gigs as a first time with a stock photo , like really not many people do that , and putting up no refund if does not work does put a red flag as well ,

OK the card is real. I am new to listia so thats why I have little feedback. I say to safely remove this and any device anyone connects to any PC bc i know how it feels to lose your data. So get off my back OK. I'm not making you or anyone buy this. I put no refund in case someone tries to sabotage the card or loads it with viruses and then tries to return it bc "it didn't work". Ill do what I can to provide more pictures of it on a PC but I can't fill it to Max capacity bc it would literally take a day with my PC still running XP and USB 1.0. Thank you.

i have a feeling this maybe a fake card
"Be sure to safely remove hardware or dismount properly before removing the card from any device to avoid corruption or deletion of your files" i have gotten a few fake cards here before , And they all do what he is saying , even if you remove it correctly , you still lose your data ,I would put real money on it this a fake card

It should be compatible with most devices although some will tell you that they are only compatible with 32gb and smaller. Use with caution and always back up your data in case. it should work just fine, and also I suggest using a card formatter to format the card to the fat32 format (the typical format for smaller storage devices like cards and flash drives) so that your device will recognize it and allow the use of the card itself. The formatters are easy to find via the web.

It can be used as a flash drive but is mainly meant for external storage for small devices such as cell phones, cameras or gaming devices. I don't think it would work as a backup or recovery option. A CD is your best bet for that.
