Did OJ? Didn't OJ? Who cares? The murder trial for this NFL Hall of Famer for the murders of his wife Nicole and her boyfriend was one of the biggest stories of the 1990s. Personally, even as I grew up with OJ Simpson the football player, I always associate him with being Nordberg in "The Naked Gun" movies. OJ was found not guilty in criminal court but guilty in a civil trial ... almost 2 decades later, people are STILL heatedly contesting the verdict.

Baltimore Ravens linebacker Ray Lewis --- a murder scandal being the only thing separating him from the NFL Hall of Fame --- was one of three men indicted for the January, 2000 stabbing deaths of Jacinth Baker and Richard Lollar. The charges were dropped in exchange for Lewis testifying against the two other men, but Lewis' white suit he was wearing the night of the incident was never found. Suspicious? Come on ... anyone who's anyone knows you don't dance like Ray Lewis unless you've killed a person or two.

Patriots Aaron Hernandez was arrested in 2013 for the murder of Odin Lloyd. He also came under investigation for a double murder in Boston in 2012. Who can blame the guy if he snapped? For the love of butter, the guy had to play second fiddle to a system quarterback in New England! Aaron is still awaiting trial.
