Brand new Glow In The Dark nail polish -- Green

directions on use:

1. apply base coat
2. apply 1 or 2 coats of white polish
3. apply glow in the dark polish (repeat to gain desired color)
4. seal with a clear top coat
5. hold dry nails under any light source to activate

*** I have other polishes like this and if the glow in the dark polish is purple, I apply a purple base color. I only use the white if I want my nails the actual color of this polish. ***
