Yes it will work with tmobile. No it is not unlocked. But it will work on the attmvno thru tmobile. Same as page plus, o2, and straight talk

So it can be used as a prepaid phone and although it is locked it can be unlocked and because it takes a sim card it could be used with Net 10 ???

Correct, though It doesn't have to be unlocked to be used on most GSM networks now that they offer the bring your own phone option. Like tmoble AT&T straight talk, etc.

Sorry im cell phone DUMB! lol But im trying to get a decent one for my son (his 1st smartphone) Id like to know if you used this as a monthly or contract? Which company did you go through? This can be used on contract or prepaid. Yes, it has wifi. There are no silly questions just the silly people who don't ask them. That is the point of all of this only bid on items that you can get info on and are always in contact with the seller. Ty for watching.
