This auction is for a small ring with looks to be a genuine ruby stone in a gold tone ring. It is a size 6.

It is from my aunt's estate and I have not take it to a jeweler to verify the stone or setting. My ignorance could be your fortune.

you didnt look on the band for markings.? They are usually easy to see

Same question..even if you can't read it, you could still see markings..I don't see any from the pics...wish I knew what metal it was though BC some don't tarnish after wearing the ring for a few days...
