This bill is impeccable! Simple as that,truly Crisp Uncirculated

The bill was printed by Newport Rhode Island in the 1850's,which was that states capitol at the time in anticipation of the dissolving of these Unied States! As a result...it was never issued.It is a very rare and OBSCURE bill,and if you can get it in this condition very pricey.

This bank Note is adorned with beautiful hand wrought engravings typical of that period.

This item has no folds,no rips no tears no stains no wrinkles, it is 100% uncirculated..

I will of course include and transport the item in a safe and acid free plastic Bank Note Holder.
