The Motorola Surfboard SBV5120 Docsis 2.0 Cable Modem + VOIP is slightly use and in perfect working condition. Motorola's SURFboard SBV5120 Cable Modem includes DOCSIS 2.0 in side. The SBV5120 provides high-speed internet access and up to two lines of primary line VoIP telephone service over cable's broadband connection to the home. The SBV5120's two telephone lines are terminated in two RJ-11 connectors. In addition, it's integrated cable modem connects to a computer through either a 10/100 Base-T (RJ-45) Ethernet or a USB data port. The SBV5120 offers one infrastructure for communication services, one bill for voice and data services and simultaneous use of phone lines and high-speed data services. We ask that you please contact your local cable provider and check for compatibility before purchasing this cable modem. We do offer a full refund on all defective modems. However, we do not consider incompatibility with a specific cable provider to be a product defect. We do operate our own cable system and as part of our return procedures, we retest any modems returned to us on our system. If a returned modem is retested and is found to be functioning correctly, the return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer and we will also apply a 15% restocking fee to the product cost. Any missing power cords or accessory cables will result in a further adjustment in the refunded value. We only sell fully tested, fully functioning modems that we test on our own cable network -- which is free from any software and other compatibility issues that may occur with various cable providers.
