Up for auction is a Koolie in Patriotic Flag pattern. This scarf-like item is filled with cooling or heating beads. You simply soak the Koolie for 20 minutes, then put it in the freezer for 20 minutes to keep your neck Kool or you can wet the Koolie and put it in the microwave for a few seconds at a time for desired heat and use it that way for aches and pains.
