I'm sorry, they are not laces, these are slip ons and the pieces you see are a stretchy type material made to look like laces. Thanks and Have a Great Day!

I'd also like to know the length...from heel-to-toe...of the bottom of sole? This is a tricky size...some 1's fit, some too big/small.
