This book is really a great way to understand the world of Bipolar. The young author shares her struggles and concourses in a struggle to beat this mental illness that is so missed understood. it is great as a book for yourself if you want to understand your own battle or a family who is trying to support you but they really have a hard time going about it. I have Bipolar and I can honestly say this book is wonderful. It's time to share it now with you and help you with your struggles. If you are therapist you will love for your clients and yourself.
