I believe so, what happened was he was clearing out some stuff on the bottom of a closet, and they had fallen off the dresser and ended up under some papers. He inadvertently stepped on them. Since I dont have a shuffle, I am not able to see how badly they are crushed. And I will not send out damaged items knowing they wont fit. Im sorry everybody.
