The listing, .999 Silver 2007 Mayflower Compact Coin has ended.

This is a 2007 Issue Mayflower Compact Proof coin done in .999 Silver.

Coin has a plastic circular protector and is in wonderful condition, I doubt it's ever been out of the protector and handled.

I'm not a coin collector so I admittedly don't know a lot about these kinds of things. I'll do my best to answer any questions.

According to the little paper with it, 20 grams.

I'm not sure that i understand your question. As per http://www.convertunits.com/from/grams/to/oz the weight on this coin is 0.705479238992oz.

Does the coin indicate who issued it?

The Certificate of Authenticity that came with it is from the American Mint. So my guess would be they issued it, but knowing as little as I do about coins, I guess it's possible that someone else issued it and they printed the certificate. Sorry I couldn't give you a clearer answer.
