Like new. Looks to never have been used.

how can it be NWOT and retired? Is it monogrammed too? Im a serious shopper for a VB tote but Ibe found out the hard way these things arent being advertised as they truly are. So please Im not being rude just asking for details so I sont get burned. again.

NWOT means it is new without tags, meaning it has never been used and has no tags. RETIRED means it is a retired print of Vera Bradley. Retired meaning it was part of her collection that is no longer being produced. And yes it is monogrammed.
