This is an article on how to re-can the contents of gallon cans. Many of us get #10 cans. If you live near a cannery they are much cheaper than small cans. But then what do you do with it? Who can eat a gallon of salsa or corn? I will frequently purchase #10 cans of catsup, tomato sauce, salsa, pineapple and so on and then re-can it into smaller jars.
