You are bidding on a COPY of the Obverse of a note that I hold in my personal collection. This is a note considered ‘large’ at the time and is in fair condition. You can see in the photo that the note is not clean around the edge that is because it is very old. If you were to win the COPY, you could print it out and enjoy it in a frame. I will need your email should you win and you will receive a COPY without a watermark on it.

This piece of history is a must for any true Numismatist’s wall around his/her desk.

Historically in 1861 the first $10 bill was issued as a Demand Note with a small portrait of Abraham Lincoln on the left side of the obverse and an allegorical figure representing art on the right.

I send within the 7days that listia allows me if possible I send the moment I get your email address. I do not give credits back for buyers remorse, quality of the image you see on your screen or how well or not your printer prints the image. This is a COPY of a very old document and will not be in pristine condition.

I apologize for having to, internet scream the word Copy. There are some people that just see the note and bid without reading. I guess it is true, you can't fix stupid. ;)
