Says for Ages 3 and Up...I guess you are not supposed to let babies play with stuffed animals, but there is nothing on the bear that could be swallowed if all tags are removed??? Disclaimer to Cover them just in case??? More of a Keepsake??? So Adorable & Cuddly! My Babies and Grand-babies Always Cuddled with theirs!
