Absolutely! All I ask is that you wait 1 week resell it here on Listia like I am =) Other than that you can absolutely sell away! And like I said in the listing I will include an extra ebook about how you can sell your ebooks on Amazon. Might even include another ebook about Amazon, not sure yet...

The badge type verification I think you are asking about comes from completed transactions.
I did see your $ verification wasn't highlighted - if you have Paypal and $1.00 you can easily do this and it is legit. No extra charges, no bull, etc.
Unfortunately the Seller's Badge and the Trusted Seller's Badge come after you complete a certain number of auctions.
