This is a magnetic nose stud. This is not a pierced stud. In the pictures, The 1st one shows the stone (Not semi precious - just a decorative blue stone) that is on the outside of the nose. The 2nd pic shows the small round magnet that goes inside the nose to hold the stone in place. I hope this explanation helps. Happy Bidding :)
