I will ship standard parcel post with the USPS On Monday 12/9/2013. It should arrive within 7 days. If the winner wants to pay the postage for Priority Flat Rate, it would arrive with in 3 days. The hat will fit in the Lg Envelope, but I am not sure what the rate is for that size now.

This is truley amazing. Im always trying to find something original to wear to the festivals my husband and i go to during the summer for our get away from the children get-aways. I just adore this.
