These are actually a darker brown more like last picture ugg style skecher boots. No scuffs or stains in great shape. Fur inside and can be folded over.

They are definitely 9.5. I am a size 9 exact but I wear thick wool socks with them because I dont like my toes and toe nails to feel squished at all.

I actually dont know. I never had them sprayed. I have spilled water on them once and my foot did not get wet and it did not leave a mark once dried. They are very very warm though. I paid 90 for them and they are skechers so most of their shoes are excellent quality.

I would say they are closer to a 9. I usually wear an exact 9 but with socks I went for the 9.5 for comfort
