This is a collector's glass sold by Burger King to commemorate the release of Superman: The Movie in 1978. Depicting the Superman's origins, this glass was rarely used and in great condition.

Hi, i noticed you mentioned the glass is in great condition, but i was wondering if there was any cracking marks in it, sorta looks like it in the pic. thanks

no there is absolutely no cracking at all. The paint is perfect, and the glass is perfect.
That might just be the texture of the actual print you see that makes it look like that.
I assure you, it is in perfect condition.

thanks i was referring tp the above area you mentioned, lighting could do that, wasn't sure so i wanted to double check with you, Can you also tell me the height of the glass?
