This is a Motorola Droid 1, were only manufactured for Verizon has I think 2gb of internal memory and takes up to a 64GB memory card, It is a CD-MA/it doesn't take a simcard. Model A855, manufactured from 2009 to 2010. I know everything about it because its the same phone I use every day and its an absolute TANK I can not break it no matter how hard I try I even tried slamming it hard on the corner of a table, just killed a couple of small pixels but its all fine and works great, Great phone.
