The only main suggestion for that I have is ask other people. I have several people on here who have won these from me who swear by them. People saying they had NO signal and then got their booster and immediately got "bars" on their phone showing a signal. I stand behind them and say they work - but thats just me....

sorry tarheelunc, no refunds. honestly if you have that much reservation, which is totally o.k. btw, you should maybe hold off on bidding. other side of the coin is this though.... i had a person on here who won one of these and loved them so much that she had me make a special auction for her just so she could purchase 10 of them! i'd say in her opinion they totally work!
