These come in a red box that looks like a bag cute. I received these as a gift and have several pair. Perfect gift. They are really gorgeous can't get a good picture but will try. Happy Bidding. I have shipping on other auctions today but will get better pics tonight:)) Sapphire earrings are real gemstones. I got them as a gift and she said she got them off a bidding site so they are blue sapphires. That is all I know. .The ring is real gemstone and purple. Check later for pictures. The ring has a stamp for silver inside. Cat
